This is a well formatted book for the TCM student and practicing physician. Everyone I know is very happy with it.
This is a good reference book for common conditions found in a Clinic or hospital setting. Herbal formula include additions to common formula and acupuncture point prescription are an addition rather than full explanation. Using differential syndromes for diagnosis practitioners of Chinese Medicine can easily pick up this book and use in clinic.
It's a great book. Clear, concise, complete. I wish it was bigger and had more pathological patterns. But i like this book a lot.This is a must knowledge to have. This book is nice to have by the side during the practice (patterns, herbs). Also you can look up the chapters, information from it at [...]It's good for the start as well.
Very easy to read includes Western diagnosis Eastern diagnosis points and formulas used for treatment. does not explain formula functions but includes ingredients. Good resource
We used this textbook often in school. It's well written and the information is invaluable.
Book does contain treatment for cancer even acute leukemnia, lymphomas, but it does not mention that western terminology, it goes by the symptoms.Like spleen enlargement, drum hard abdomen - those maybe cancer symptoms.
